Credential Specialist
Credential Specialist Description: Volt Services Group is seeking a Credential Specialist to work for one of the Leading Healthcare providers dedicated to government-sponsored health plans. The Credential Specialist will
review applications, perform primary sources verification, process files through committee review process and forward to configuration for main database loading; Maintain, crosscheck and update credentialing database; Produce regularly scheduled reports; Maintain provider changes as requested. Identify any participating providers that appear in databases and invoke the appropriate process as defined in policy and procedure; Perform delegation audits as required per delegation calendar; Attend and provide support for committee meetings; Participate in audits of the plans by outside regulators such as AHCA; DOH; CMS; AAAHC.

Requirements:
Ability to learn various software packages as necessary to perform job functions; Good oral communication skills in order to communicate in person or telephonically with applicants, providers, regulators, or potential delegation groups who may pose challenging questions, and effectively communicate interdepartmentally to facilitate work flow. Ability to work collaboratively with peers to support a team environment.

Pay Rate: 14.00 - 16.00 Hourly DOE
