Credit Assistant

A growing wholesaler of tires located in the Medley area is in search of a Credit Assistant. 

 

The qualified applicant must have 2-3 years job related experience with strong credit, clerical, and customer service skills.  Ability to develop a strong relationship with our sales team and assist in credit collections.  Bilingual, including English and Spanish is a plus but not required.

 

Responsibilities include:  Developing a credit history on customers, approve orders for shipment, provide current and accurate computer information for managements review, update customer account records, and generate accounts receivable statements.  This individual will oversee smooth office operations including acting as a receptionist.
