Customer Accounts Coordinator (Bilingual)

Command Alkon, the global leader in integrated solutions to the construction materials industry, is currently seeking a qualified Customer Accounts Coordinator for our Birmingham, AL corporate headquarters.

 

Job Responsibilities:

?  Responsible for customer retention/customer satisfaction within the defined regional boundaries. 

?  Assure customer satisfaction and be responsive to all customer needs in regard to:  Coordination of project management support issues, continuation of customer support agreements, and coordination of customer support issues

?  Will work in conjunction with the Regional Account team to assure adherence to DSO and other collections goals

?  Maintain support agreements, and assure that all outstanding payments for support agreements are made according to terms.

?  25% travel required

 

Requirements:

?  Bachelor?s Degree in Business or related field

?  2-5 years in Project Management and/or Customer Support Services

?  Bilingual in Spanish/English highly desirable

?  Proficient in MS Office Suite, including Word and Excel, required

?  Strong organizational skills are a must

?  Ability to travel up to 25%
