Customer Care Specialist

Job Purpose:

Serves customers by providing product and service information; resolving product and service problems.
Providing administrative support and handling special projects.

 

We design, manufacture, and distribute optical eye wear, sunglasses and optical accessories.  We are in the Marietta area and we have an entry level customer service position for a person with the desire to learn and grow with our company.
 

Multi task position consisting of the following duties:

* Handle customer calls by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services.

* Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.

* Processing customer returns timely.

* Prepares product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.


* Handle special projects that may be assigned in a timely and efficient manner.

* Learn and assist as needed with other positions in the company.

* Computerized order entry by phone or faxed orders.

* Processing orders for shipping.

* Contributes to team effort.
