Customer Fulfillment Coordinator
Xyratex is a Storage and Network technology company creating storage devices for OEM customers. The company has locations in the United States, Europe and South East Asia. Currently, we are looking for a Customer Fulfillment Coordinator positioned on-site at one of our customer locations near our San Jose Office.
The Customer Fulfillment Coordinator is a key member of our Customer Fulfillment team interfacing with our customer in managing Kanbans, issuing POs, commitment and ongoing progress updating, and generating reports. This role encompasses complete management of customer orders from receipt until final acceptance by the customer.
The ideal candidate will also have material planning experience and experience raising purchase orders. Must be able to establish close working relationships with our customers and our operations team to ensure product is shipped in a timely manner. The candidate will also be the on-site support for coordinating warranty returns, supplier quality issues, receiving issues, and A/P issues. Attention to detail, good follow-through and organization skills are required to be successful in this position. The ability and desire to work a flexible schedule as well as a hands-on approach are paramount to providing the best support to our customers.
Excel experience is a must. Oracle and Agilent experience are a plus.
