Customer Information Represenative

Position Description: A great opportunity to work in one of the world's leading Property and Casualty insurance call centers.

We are seeking individuals with strong data entry and interpersonal skills.

Position Requirements:

Knowledge of personal computer systems

Bi-lingual skills

Customer Service experience

Knowledge of medical terminology

ICD9 and CPT coding knowledge

General office skills

Basic computer skills

Type 45 to 50wpm

flexable schedule - for 7.5 hour shifts (between 8am & 8pm)

Excellent listening skills
