Duties

Customer Order Processing

a. Data entry of new customer orders into NetSuite accounting system, concentrating on accuracy and speed.
b. Coordinates and manages express orders.

c. Generates, prints, files and mails invoices to customers.
d. Processes and routes incoming faxes to the appropriate parties

e. Scans in documents for electronic filing.

f. Generates bi-weekly sales reports and emails to sales representatives.


Customer Service
a. Concurrently handles all data entry duties with incoming customer phone calls.

b. Answer incoming phone calls, with questions related to stock status, pricing, order process, anticipated ship date, product education, etc.

 

Qualifications:

Customer Service - Promotes excellence by providing superior service to each customer.

Organization Skills - Has superior organizational skills. Keeps files organized. Ability to multitask order entry and incoming phone calls without compromising either task.

Documentation Skills - Capable of producing comprehensive documentation.

Computer Skills - Ability to navigate and produce documents in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.  Strong familiarity with Windows XP and directory structures, file copying, moving, and renaming.  Ability to work with electronic filing.

Education ? High School or Equivalent

 

Experience:

2+ years of applicable experience
