Customer Relations FT and PT Montclair

Sears Parts & Repair Services, the leader in the appliance repair business has openings for a part-time Customer Relations Specialist at the Seattle location.  Facility operates 6 days a week; All shifts require Saturday Availability
A Customer Relations Specialist is an important member of the customer service team. They communicate continuously with technicians, route specialists, and customers via computer and phone.

Responsibilities:
Is attentive to the needs of the customers, responds quickly and competently to requests. 

Empowered to handle & resolve customer complaints that do not require management approval. 

Handles retail store inquiries; Performs miscellaneous duties as assigned.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships.
Self motivated with a strong work ethic.
Ability to multi-task.
Effective organizational and documentation skills.
High attention to detail and follow through.

Works productively with others in a team environment.
Basic PC proficiency and familiarity with MS Word, Excel, and Power Point.


Call Center experience preferred, specialist in customer service.
