Customer Relations Officer

Job Summary Manages relationship between sales and service organization(s). Understands needs of distributors and works collaboratively with Operations and Customer Service to grow sales and enhance service delivery. Position reports to VP, Operations, Service Center.

 

Main Accountabilities 

Works closely with Distribution, Operations and Customer Service to identify and implement ease of doing business initiatives. Must be able to balance distributor needs against other organizational objectives and find appropriate solutions. Proactively addresses opportunities to improve service delivery. Responsible for leadership of service liaison team that directly supports SLFD (on site). Primary contact for escalated issues originating from Sales organization(s).

Bachelor's degree with minimum of 5 years of relationship management experience in Financial Services. Candidates must possess strong planning and organizational skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as presentation skills. Must be able to act responsibly and quickly to time sensitive issues Involves significant collaboration and effective team work. Ensure high quality service by providing ongoing feedback and managing employee performance. Some travel required
