NovaCopy is seeking to hire Customer Relationship Managers (CRM?s) to oversee all aspects of client?s accounts nationwide from our Nashville office.? This challenging and rewarding career opportunity involves working with customers via telephone and online services to manage the customers service and billing experience with NovaCopy.? CRM?s process equipment billing, supply orders and service calls, as well as enter service contracts and meter readings.? Customer Relationship Managers are assigned clients based on a specific zone with the goal of providing the customer a single person for all of their needs.? Office hours are 7:30am ? 5:30pm; with paid overtime.
