Through our document solutions, DesertDocs manages the complexity of mortgage document forms and loan packages, change management, and document delivery for the U.S. mortgage industry.



Key areas of responsibility: 

Primary area; Learn the DesertDocs software. Support customers by taking advanced support tickets (Mid-level mortgage loan product knowledge and ability to navigate lender seller guides is preferred.) After the request is competed by other team members, assist in running internal test, upon satisfaction, notify and communicate with the customer. 

Secondary area; Assist with escalations procedures if situation warrants.  Assist with download calls (users picking up docs at the secure web site) to help with overflow. 

Third area; Communicate to the customer new loan products and software behavior within the DesertDocs software, assist with other projects from time to time.

 

Skills and attributes: Strong, effective and energetic customer service skills. Mid-level  mortgage loan product knowledge and ability to navigate lender seller guides is preferred. Attention to detail is a must.  Good knowledge MS Internet Explorer, and the Microsoft Office suite of applications Internet/web technologies required. Excellent communication and follow-up skills, both verbal and written, and the ability to multi-task are a must.

 

Experience required:  College Degree Preferred.  Worked in the mortgage field, good level of loan product knowledge, MS Internet Explorer, Microsoft Office suite of applications Internet/web technologies, 1 -3 years of experience in the customer service field.  Job applicant will be tested for attention to detail, basic level of Microsoft Office suite, Internet Explorer and mortgage loan products.
