Customer Service – Contract Administrator

Standard Office Systems is the largest independent copier dealership in the Atlanta area, located in Duluth, Georgia.

 

We are currently seeking a detailed individual with at least 2 years experience working in an Accounting role.  The ideal candidate must be able to work in a fast pace environment, work under pressure, meet deadlines, while taking a high number of incoming Customer Service calls.  The individual should work well in a team environment and willing to help in other administrative areas as needed.

 

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

 

Set up, and administer all contracts.

Provide contract pricing approvals and volume change request.

Collect initial meter readings on all equipment under a service contract.

Monitor asset reports for leasing companies to ensure system integrity.

Work with Sales to ensure contract compliance.

Account maintenance on all customer accounts.

 

Qualifications:

 

Accounting or business degree, or equivalent work experience.

Minimum of 2 years Administrative /Accounting experience. 

Good written and verbal skills required.

Must be computer literate, intermediate to advance skills, excel a must.
