Customer Service Analyst

Responsibilities:

 Maximize both employee and customer satisfaction Identify and eliminate problems with internal operation and sales procedures Handle all incoming calls from drivers, sales reps and accounts Manage Nextel phones, including account maintenance, equipment maintenance, MobileCast maintenance and upgrades Follow through on driver, sales rep and customer complaints Track and analyze all refusals in an effort to maintain updated account information Handle and follow up on customer service questions and problems as they relate to deliveries, orders, draught systems, pricing, promotional programs, etc. Attend operations meetings to keep informed of new policies and procedures Perform other operations analysis Cross-training in all administrative functions Serve as backup to Operations Analyst, Dispatcher, Logistics Coordinator as needed Other responsibilities as assigned

 

Requirements:

 Associate Degree A willingness to assist throughout the office as needed Excellent oral and written communication abilities Ability to work independently Solid computer skills Ability to handle a large volume of phone calls Bilingual a plus
