Customer Service Call Center Rep
Uline, a leading distributor of packaging and industrial supplies, currently seeks Customer Service Call Center Representatives due to tremendous growth at their Eagan, Minnesota (MN) distribution center, located 15 minutes south of Saint Paul and 25 minutes southeast of Minneapolis.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES / REQUIREMENTS:

Process 100 ? 150 customer orders per day via phone, fax, and internet in a 25-seat inbound call center

Answer product, pricing, and availability inquiries

Submit quotes on quantity/custom items and research orders

Professional phone manner and the ability to work independently

Typing speed of 30wpm

Prior customer service experience preferred
