Customer Service Clerk/Administrative Assistant

adplex, a growing, well established, national printing and prepress provider for retailers has a printing plant in Tolleson, Arizona.  We are currently hiring a Customer Service Clerk/Administrative Assistant. 

 

This position will be responsible for the following:

1) As Customer Service Clerk: 

a) complete facilitation of print jobs from start to finish ensuring quality, accuracy, timeliness and delivery of information to the production team;

b) accuracy, timeliness and completeness of billing;

2) As Administrative Assistant:

a) assisting the Production Manager in all areas related to supporting the employees

 and customers of the plant,

b) answering the phones,

c) inputting weekly payroll data into data entry system.

 

In order to be successful in this position the right candidate will have the following qualifications: 1) A positive Can Do attitude; 2) Dependable; 3) Mature; 4) Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel; 5) detail oriented and very organized; and 6) have the ability to handle many tasks at once with extreme accuracy.
