Customer Service Database Analyst - To $49K

Do you have a critical and analytical eye?  Do you have strong communication skills, both written and verbal?  Do you have customer support and reporting skills, along with strong Access skills?

If so, WE WANT TO SEE YOU NOW! Our North Shore client is in search of a Program Analyst to assist with maintaining their databases. We are looking for an independent worker who is able to analyze information without a lot of direction. Other responsibilities will include:

* Working with IS to enhance and maintain the customized reporting process

* Maintaining and tracking products

* Managing the weekly, monthly and quarterly account audit process

* Logging and verifying that information is complete

* Managing open issues in item eligibility

* Working with the pricing team to ensure the appropriate pricing is attached to the correct products

* Managing communications on contract item eligibility and admin fee reporting

* Other duties as necessary


Required Skills:

The successful candidate will have a minimum of three years of experience in customer support and reporting.  Must be proficient in the Microsoft Office programs, especially in Access and Excel and have strong communication skills.  Must also be able to create analytical reporting utilizing Access and Excel and the ability to organize and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
