Customer Service - Experience with Benefits

Our Client, an International Publishing Company, is looking for a Customer Service Representative to work within their?Human Resources?Service Center during their open enrollment period.? This individual will serve as the initial point of customer contact in the Human Resources Service Center (HRSC) and will?answer, document, and respond to incoming calls for each of the following departments within the HRSC:

?Human Resources Administration
?Payroll
?Health and Welfare Benefits
?Retirement Plans
?HR Technology

?

This individual will research and resolve customer issues and questions by working with Specialists within the HRSC and outside vendors.? Must have the ability to clearly and professionally communicate with employees at all levels of the corporation.This individual will be receiving calls from full-time employees in regards to their benefits, employee files, and retirement information.? This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated, hard-working individual to get their foot in the door of a well-respected corporation.

Position Requirements:
General knowledge and interest in Human Resources and Benefits.
Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience (preferably in a corporate environment call center)
Proficiency in MS Word and Excel
