Customer Service/Order Entry Rep
Brass Eagle, a dynamic and growing manufacturer of paintball markers and paintball equipment, is seeking a candidate for the position of Customer Service/Order Entry Representative in the Bentonville, AR facility.
The successful candidate must possess the following skills:
? High School Diploma required; some College preferred or 3-5 years Sales & Customer Service experience.
? Good analytical skills and experience in developing management reports
? PC skills to include expert level expertise Excel, Word and Email.
? Excellent oral and written communication skills
? Data entry and EDI order edit capability
? Can compute prices and discounts
? Able to deal with customers in a positive dialogue; professional telephone etiquette
? Must be able to communicate to customers about our product and possess working knowledge of our markers
? Knowledge of Retail Link is a plus
