As a Customer Service Assistant, you?ll be responsible for order processing, responding to customer inquiries via telephone and email, researching and resolving customer billing issues, and performing data entry. Hours of this position are 11:30am-8:00pm, Monday-Friday.
Qualified candidates must possess:
? 3-5 years of directly related experience in order processing and billing
? High school diploma or equivalent
? Excellent oral and written communication skills
? Solid analytical and problem solving skills
? Understanding of billing/invoicing and order entry processes
? Solid PC skills, prior experience with Oracle or SAP a plus
? Ability to work Monday-Friday, 11:30am-8:00pm.
