Customer Service/Production Support

Adecco has a great opportunity with a peninsula based company that is looking for support that includes 80% production and about 20% customer service support.

Job Description: Production Support Representative (80% of time)

Primary Job Functions:

Accurately and professionally fill application requests for our debit card products
Will rotate functions including:
• Accurately input customer data into computer based program
• Pull forms from printer
• Mail forms with cards using light office equipment (envelope folder and metering devices)
• Audit work production to ensure accuracy of team members
Work directly with production line managers on various projects



Job Description: Customer Service Representative – (20% of time)

Primary Job Functions:

 Answer user questions, inquiries & complaints
 Fill application requests for our debit card products
 Engage with our Engineering and Product teams to discuss features/bugs/problems members are reporting
 Work with the Operations Team to successfully meet all daily & monthly goals
 Work directly with the CSR Manager on various projects including assisting in process improvement and system enhancements

Requirements:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills a MUST.
Ability to work closely with a team – support collaboration
Excellent trouble-shooting and decision-making skills
Previous experience in a high paced customer service environment a plus
Working knowledge of Outlook, Word, Excel including internet
