As the customer service liaison, you will be responsible for promoting and maintaining positive customer relations with the company's customer base. Provide telephone support to customers. Respond to inquiries regarding product compatibility, pricing, availability, and service issues. Process customer orders. Respond to customers' inquiries buy researching status of order, provide product information and availability, pricing, delivery dates, etc. Will interact with other departments to ensure delivery schedules are met. also, responsible for ensuring receipt of purchase orders, order entry, order processing, etc. Handle customer returns and exchanges. Use prior experience and knowledge of company policies and procedures to resolve non-standard problems. Responsible for producing reports related to critical success factors. Work on special projects assigned by Customer Service Manager.
Qualifications include AS/BS with one plus years customer service experience, excellent PC skills including strong working knowledge of Word and excel, Navision experience is a plus, excellent verbal communication and listening skills, pleasant and courteous telephone etiquette, an ability to work closely with customers and distributors (must be comfortable with and able to discuss products, prices, and programs), partner with sales team to enable realization for sales goals, excellent organizational skills, must be able to work independently as well as a member of the team, strong problem solving and decision making skills, prior import/export experience will be helpful as well as a bilingual ability in wither French or Spanish.
