To help us continue driving their business forward, our client is in search of experienced, top-tier Customer Service Rep to join their team in Tulsa, OK

This is a 5 month (12PM ? 7:45PM) contract position and the pay for this position is based on a competitive market rate and interested candidates will submit their salary range. 

Job Description:

Provide professional service to client?s customers, responding to account inquiries, such as interest rates; finance charges, merchant related inquiries such as credit line increases, separation of accounts; credit balances. Sell and retain customers on card products to avoid account closures and/or application. Must keep updated on competitor?s low interest rate products and calculating finance charges, hidden fees and rebate calculations.

 

Requirements:

Requires written and verbal communication skills, strong analytical skills. Must be willing to work shifts during afternoons, nights and weekends. Service quality must meet a goal of 85% or higher. Must be able to comply with First Data attendance guidelines. Able to operate a PC, telephone and calculator.
