Customer Service Representative – a great job for shoe-lovers! – Retail experience preferred

Do you just love shoes? Who doesn?t! This is an opportunity to join an e-commerce company as a Customer Service Representative and help people buy all those wonderful shoes.

 

Our client, located downtown Boston, is seeking Customer Service Representatives to work in the in-bound call center. You will be answering calls from people, who are placing orders or have questions regarding the orders already placed.

 

Of course everyone appreciates a friendly and upbeat voice on the other end of the line. In addition to that friendly personality, you need to have an ability to write a professional e-mail (oh, yes, that does include good grammar and spelling!); an ability to multitask and work in a very fast-paced environment (you will never get bored!); proficiency with MS Office and the Internet browser (it is an e-commerce company, remember?); Customer Service experience, retail would be perfect.

 

This is a temporary-to-hire opportunity and below are the shifts available ? these are the ONLY schedules to choose from:

 

Shift 1: Monday 3pm-11pm, Thursday 3pm-11pm, Friday 4pm-10pm, Saturday 4pm-10pm, Sunday 4pm-10pm

Shift 2: Monday - Thursday 8am-4pm, Sunday 8am-4pm

Shift 3: Monday - Wednesday 4pm-8pm*, Sunday 4pm-8pm*
   (* with the ability to stay till 10 depending on volume/staffing)
