Customer Service Representative

KIDASA Software, Inc. develops and markets project scheduling software for industry and government.  Located in Austin, Texas, we take great pride in the high quality of our software products, our excellent level of product support and our superior customer service.  At this time, we are seeking a Customer Service Representative who would like a challenging and interesting position.  This position will offer opportunity for personal and professional growth and development and a wide variety of job duties.


Position Summary:
In general, the Customer Service Representative will speak with KIDASA Software?s customers on a daily basis.  The Customer Service Representative must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, and excellent organizational skills.


Duties and Responsibilities:Answer inbound customer questions regarding pricing and other general questions about the software.  Direct questions to sales and technical support.Provide customer quotations and process customer orders.Ship and track orders via UPS, DHL, FedEx or other customer specified deliver service.Technical writing, including content for company web site.Answer questions about usage of KIDASA Software project management products after a training period.


Job Requirements:Bachelor?s Degree or equivalent experienceMinimum 2 years Sales and / or Customer Service Experience, preferably in a business-to-business setting (industrial preferred).Excellent written and oral communication skillsAbility to multi-task, make good use of time, and organize multiple projects Strong computer skills including; experience with MS Office softwareExperience with Quickbooks, UPS and FEDEX shipping a plus.

 

Job Location:

KIDASA Software, Inc. is looking for local applicants able to report to work daily at our Austin offices, located off of Capital of Texas Highway at the intersection of Lost Creek Blvd.  Work Hours are 8:30 to 5:00 pm.
