Customer Service/Scheduling Coordinator

ENV Services, Incorporated for over 30 years, has been the pioneer in the testing, certification and calibration of contamination control equipment, laboratory equipment, and process control instrumentation. ENV?s experience, technical skills, and knowledge of government regulations and industry standards enable us to deliver high-quality, cost-effective solutions that meet all your equipment service needs. Due to our expansion, we are looking for a Customer Service/Scheduling Coordinator to join our growing team in our Hicksville, NY office.

 

This position involves interaction with various departments including operations, business development, our field service technicians and customers and is not considered an entry level position.

 

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
? Regular scheduling and dispatching field service technicians
? Parts procurement
? Assisting with general office functions (i.e., answer the phone, etc.)
? Daily interaction with customers via phone, fax and email to schedule services
? Working with business development to develop quotes

The ideal candidate must be able to prioritize tasks and have excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
  ? Extremely well organized with the ability to multi-task
  ? Self motivated
  ? Proficient using Microsoft Word and Excel
  ? Knowledge of ACT! database software a plus

Requirements:
Candidates must have at least 3 years related business experience or combined  

degree and experience.

Hours of operation are Monday-Friday, 8 a.m.-5 p.m.
