Customer Service: Site Supervisor - Naples, FL

IKON currently has an opening for a Site Supervisor to work at a customer site in Naples, FL. This position is responsible for assisting in the day-to-day supervision and management of site employees and workflow processes. The Site Supervisor is a working team leader and will perform front-end production tasks as needed.

Primary Duties include:
? Providing outstanding customer service via the phone or in person? Copy job production and finishing as needed
? Scheduling jobs and ensuring they meet quality standards and deadline requirements.
? Preparation of site reports and paperwork
? Accountability for contract complianceThe ideal candidate will possess outstanding customer service skills and attention to detail
. Ability to multitask and take initiative
. Must be a team player

Ideal candidate will have high school diploma or GED and 2+ years of experience in a related field. Previous copy/fax/mailroom experience preferred. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods of time. Must possess valid driver's license and be able to drive to multiple client locations on weekly basis.
