Customer Service Specialist: Scanning, Quality Check
Ikon Office Solutions is currently looking for career-oriented individuals to help provide entry-level office support services within our customer location in Quincy, MA. In this customer service oriented role, you will be building relationships with customers while also providing them with important office functions to help their business run smoothly. In this position you?ll be responsible for scanning documents, running high volume equipment, loading/unloading machines, shipping and postage, and quality checking processes. Hours for this position are Monday through Friday from 7am-4pm, 5am-2pm, 9am-6pm.
The ideal candidate will have the following qualities: outstanding customer service skills, ability to pay attention to detail, multitask and take initiative. Must be a team player. Requires High School Diploma or Equivalent and 1-2 years of related work experience. Previous copy center/mail room experience preferred but no required.
