Job Description

1. Interface with customer via telephone and computer, and dispatch service requests to appropriate person.
2. Administration of the equipment management database, including data entry using keyboard and scanner.
3. Manage parts ordering and receipt.
4. Maintain financial data to include purchase order and credit card logs (Excel files).
5. Responsible for the organization of the administrative activities of the department.

Requirements

Excellent customer relationship skills.
Comfortable and professional in responding to a high volume of telephone service.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Word & Excel, and database operations.
Basic knowledge of business financial operations.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work independently.
Attention to detail and organizational skills.
Experience in medical environment is a plus.
