Key responsibilities include:
? Prepare and process all itinerary and ticket travel in a distribution center
? Run ticketing and mailing machines
? Lookup and research data within company specific database when needed
? Handle time-sensitive material
? Communicate with ticket agents regarding information on processed tickets
? Perform other duties and special requests as assigned by management
? Ensure the highest levels of customer care
?Accountable for high volume help desk activities if required; to include but not limited to password resets or troubleshoot computer issues

PBMS is currently seeking a Customer Service Technical Specialist who is customer service oriented and career-minded; and, who is able to work in a fast paced production environment.
The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate the following qualifications:
? High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred
? Minimum of one year customer service related experience
? Minimum of 6 months call center experience
? Ability to communicate both verbally and written with customers and company personnel
? Ability to effectively work individually or in a team environment
? Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
? Ability to meet employer's attendance policy
? Computer proficiency in email environments, MS Word/Excel or similar programs, technical knowledge required
? Strong data entry skills preferred
? Lifting up to 50 pounds
? Standing for long periods of time
? Significant walking
? Work schedule consists of Tuesday-Friday 10:30 a.m.- 7:00 p.m. and Saturday 8:30 a.m.- 5:00 p.m.
? Flexibility with work schedule when business needs change
