Customer Service/Telephone Appointment Secretary/Receptionist

60 year old unique photography and service company located in Buena Park is seeking an enthusiastic individual with a great attitude to coordinate customer service: helping clients with returns and credit memos, and support sales. This person communicates directly with customers through telephone contact and written correspondence. All information must then be documented on the computer system and hard files as necessary. This position assists the owner and is a very important part of the organization.
Successful candidate will administer customer service, as well as, back up administrative duties. Successful candidate must be detail oriented, highly organized, and dependable and possess good interpersonal skills. Company is seeking an employee with a good work ethic who takes pride in his/her work and would be a team player. Environment is friendly, casual, and fast paced, but not hectic. This position is directly responsible to owner and will be performing a diverse group of tasks and duties.
