Position SummaryAssists the Customer Support Representative in managing a Program/Project.  Reports directly to the Customer Support Representative.  Management of the delivery, cost and quality for manufactured details and assemblies required in support of customer requirements.

 

Job Duties

?  Assumes Program/Project responsibilities for assigned tasks.

?  Expected to develop a working knowledge of all areas of activities of the assigned Program/Project.

?  Directly participates in Program/Project execution and assists in developing the administrative and contractual procedures and processes.

?  Prepares and presents program data as needed for customer reviews.

?  Interacts with the Customer on a daily or as required basis.

 

Skills Required

?  Strong personal computer skills (Microsoft Office -Word, Excel, Power Point, Access).

?  Strong working knowledge of Vantage.

?  Sound administrative and planning skills with strong commitment to quality.

?  Good analytical skills and ability to handle detail.

?  Strong communication skills, both oral and written.

 Education and Experience Required

?  Minimum 2 years experience in Aerostructures Group.

?  Thorough knowledge of the process flow required to manufacture sheetmetal details and assemblies.

 

Working Conditions:

?  Routine working conditions are normal for an office environment.

?  High noise levels in manufacturing areas.

?  Oil, grease, grime, and dust are present in manufacturing areas.

?  Temperature of working area may reflect the outside weather conditions.

?  Environment requires Personal Protective Equipment (Eye, Hearing).

?  Exposure Risk: Volatile organic compounds found in solvents, paints, and sealants.
