? Data Entry/Administrative Asst.

? Full Charge Expert Bookkeeper

 

We are seeking a SELF-MOTIVATED, TEAM ORIENTED individuals to assist in INCREASING THE PROFITABILITY OF OUR BUSINESS.

 

THOMPSON EQUIPMENT'S IDEAL EXPERT BOOKKEEPER CANDIDATE will::

 

? Effectively handle A/R and reduce days sales outstanding

? Effectively handle A/P and maximize discounts and payment terms

? Manage our 30 employee payroll on Paycom

? Be computer literate and capable of working within our multi-system processes (MS-Excel, MAS90, Paycom, etc.);

? Be customer oriented and continually improve our processes to increase profitability.

 

NOLAN POWER GROUP IDEAL DATA ENTRY/CLERICAL CANDIDATE will have:

 

? 2 ? 3 yrs. experience general clerical experience

? 2 ? 3 yrs. experience with  Microsoft Office

? Experience with data entry of accounts payable & accounts receivable

? Ability to multi-task

? Purchasing experience a plus

? Professional appearance & phone voice.

? Team spirit

? Positive attitude
