Position Description:

- The Director has the overall responsibility for the financial and quality performance of Home Oxygen/DME services. This position provides a strategic vision and direction for program development and integration which expands the continuum-of-care concept and enhances the patient base for Home Oxygen/DME services; assures standardization of practice, regulatory compliance, and that continuous quality improvement initiatives are implemented. Assures functional consolidation of services to maximize human resource utilization and achievement of organizational goals. Is a resource to staff and a representative of the culture, values, and mission of the organization.





- Five year of overall general business experience with two spent in regional manager/director capacity. Knowledge of HME industry, background in regulations and reimbursement in Home Oxygen/HME helpful. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and leadership abilities. Demonstrates interpersonal skills to work effectively with a diverse population of patients and families, staff and volunteers. The ability to lead in an environment of change. Experience in preparation and monitoring of an annual operating budget.
