DMV Contracts Clerk (Auto Dealership)

Folsom auto dealer is seeking a DMV Contracts Clerk to process all of the DMV contracts and titles for their vehicle sales. This individual will be working directly with sales staff to gather all of the recording information, and then be processing that information through their internal system that ultimately links up with the DMV. This is an extremely fast moving environment that is driven by time deadlines on a daily basis. These contracts must be read through thoroughly to evaluate changes needed or errors in the information. Must be extremely comfortable with DMV procedures, and automobile purchasing contracts in order to process them quickly and efficiently. All applicants applying for U.S. job openings must be authorized to work in the United States. All applicants applying for Canadian job openings must be authorized to work in Canada.

Qualifications :
Minimum 3 years experience working at an automobile dealership processing DMV transactions and purchase contracts.
