Data Collection Specialist

Immediate openings! We have 3 openings for Data Collection Specialists in Bedford, NH.These positions involve out bound calls for customer surveys. You will be responsible for gathering, verifying and entering data. There will be extensive telephone contact and you will use your excellent interpersonal skills while spending 99% of your time  on the phone.  You will conduct telephone interviews and surveys to secure needed information and source-verify information. Basic computer skills are necessary for limited navigation and data entry into the Microsoft Access Database.

 

To qualify for this exciting opportunity, you must have excellent communication and telephone skills and have experience with out bound calling.
