Data Coordinator/Analyst

Seeking Technical-Minded Individuals with advanced Excel skills for an HR reporting/analyst opportunity on the Eastside.

 

Kelly Services is currently recruiting top talent for a contract Data Coordinator/Analyst position at the world's largest software company on the Eastside. Specifically, the role will manage all data input and analysis for the Strategic Talent Planning Team. This will also require data analysis and reporting to enhance Talent Management processes, including supporting an implementation of a new talent management system.

 

Requires problem solving skills to raise issues regarding tool integrity and data quality, attention to detail to consistently deliver accurate results, and requires ability to drive for strong results in a high pressure organization under tight timelines. This individual must be comfortable taking direction from a variety of team members and working as a part of a highly interactive work group. A passion for Talent Management and Human Resources capability is a plus.

 

Responsibilities will include:
Internal Application Implementation: Transfer current Excel data into Internal Application System (manually and via batch upload)
Create and build reports that export internal application data into Excel format


Creating pipe spreadsheet per business and data cutting


P and E reporting


P and E data analysis that impact succession planning and career modeling


Creating reports from slate tracker

 

Qualifications:
Strong conceptual and analytical skills
Advance Excel knowledge with the ability to create and manipulate pivot tables and macros
Demonstrated proficiency in handling large sets of data from multiple sources, and the appropriate processes required to ensure data integrity
Demonstrated ability to analyze, interpret and communicate the data, and to translate results into actionable recommendations
Demonstrated ability to identify process efficiencies and potential solutions
Detail oriented
Detail orientation and organizational skills are required.
 Strong communication and teamwork abilities
Strong project management skills
