Job Description:

 Data Entry Clerk/ Receptionist will assist Finance Department with data entry

Data Entry Clerk/ Receptionist will help in reconciling invoice reports

Data Entry Clerk/ Receptionist will fax, file, copy documents 

Data Entry Clerk/ Receptionist will help in answering customer calls

Data Entry Clerk/ Receptionist will also help at the front desk

 



Job Requirements:

 Advanced MS-Word, Excel, 10-key, Power Point, and MS-Outlook experience Experience organizing/assisting in company events and scheduling executive meetings Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with exceptional organization and prioritization skills and a high energy level Demonstrated ability to project and maintain professionalism in a highly visible and fast-paced position Excellent interpersonal skills, and superior organizational skills Ability to independently make decision and applying sound judgment, all while effectively multi-tasking and remaining flexible within a rapidly changing environment Able to work late hours if necessary Must be able to multi-task and work in a very fast paced environment.
