Data Entry / Insurance Verification

Praxair Healthcare Services is a leading provider of home medical equipment in New England, specializing in home oxygen, ventilators and obstructive sleep apnea services. Our Waltham, MA office is currently in need of Data Entry/Insurance Verification professionals for (3) three full-time positions.

Under general supervision, performs a wide variety of non-routine tasks involving the customer service inquiries and problems. Reviews customer problem and initiates action or refers highly unusual situations to higher authority for review and reconciliation. May prepare initial recommendations for review to Customer Service Manager. This position will enter orders into the system and will also verify the insurance for the patient. To enter new and repeated product orders form either the customer or referral source.

The customer service department is monitored for productivity and accuracy.

Additional job requirements: Employee must be able to handle multiple tasks: candidate will be crossed trained in the customer service duties. Candidate must have phone skills and be comfortable speaking with referrals and customers. Candidate must be organized. Minimum qualifications - Associate Degree or equivalent experience / 4 years of customer service.
