Data Entry Operator
PSI (www.policy-studies.com) is a rapidly expanding, nationally recognized provider of outsourcing, technology and consulting services to state governments, and is currently seeking a Data Entry Operator for our Chesapeake, VA location.
Responsibilities include: Alphanumeric data entry; record verification; and quality assurance measures; update various documents into the system from employers, other state agencies and/or the Postmaster with appropriate data; make electronic referrals to the appropriate staff, via PSI Link; and assist with covering the Front Desk whenever necessary
The ideal candidate will have: High School diploma; 1-2 years experience in a fast-paced data entry environment; and speed and accuracy in alphanumeric data entry (10,000 key strokes), typing (50 wpm), and be proficient with 10-key entry (14,000 ? 16,000 key strokes). Data entry skills will be tested.
