I. Position Summary: This position keys data into computer equipment from pre-checked service documents, using data entry devices, such as a terminal.

II. Accountabilities:

Operates alpha-numeric keyboard for data entry.

Prepare and key documents onto proper screens for each job according to established procedures.

Refers problems arising from erroneous items or codes, or from missing information.

May proof own work or that of others, through manual check or by using a verifying device.

Transcribes screens and/or prep work for data entry.

Researches various systems to locate missing information.

III. Position Requirements:

High school diploma and 0-1 year of experience; or equivalent training, education and/or experience.

Must be familiar with keyboard.

Start time will be no later than 7:00 AM.

Starting salary is $10.50 an hour.
