Data Entry / Receptionist / Clerical

Job Purpose:

Serves visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately; notifies company personnel of visitor arrival; maintains telecommunications system. Maintains database by entering, verifying, and balancing data.

Duties:

 Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries; taking orders over the phone.

 Checking daily sales information of 9 gas stations and entering data into computer.

 Miscellaneous clerical duties.

 Applicant would be expected to meet a monthly deadline of having all the store information checked and entered.

 Maintains clean reception area.
