Currently, Dent Wizard has an exciting and challenging opportunity for an enthusiastic, self-motivated Data Entry/Settlement Associate in our Bridgeton, Mo location.

 

Job Description

This position will require the skills of accurately posting payments and effectively demonstrating customer service when collecting on delinquent customer accounts and communicating the status of customer accounts with managers across the country. 

 Job DutiesReceive and enter invoice data from technicians and managers into an AS400 system.  This requires rapid verification of accuracy and completeness of invoices including identifying proper technician and vendor information.Communication with customers on the status of overdue and disputed invoices.Research and resolve invoicing disputes with internal and external customers.Maintain vendor invoice filesGeneral administrative duties as assigned such as filing, general correspondence, and support of co-workers.

 

Qualifications:Minimum of 2 years Cash Applications or Collections experienceProficiency with Excel required previous experience with AS400 preferredSuperior customer service skills including excellent phone etiquette.Ability to work under strict deadlinesIndependent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks10 key by touch
