Data Integration Coordinator

Position Title: Data Integration Coordinator

Position Summary:

Responsible for the management of applicable tools (Oracle apps and specific tables). Provide training on correct usage and feedback to users. Provide support to the organization for related questions and issues. Maintain Oracle templates to ensure proper attribute structure. Support the implementation of enhancements and revisions to functionality.

Assist Manager in creating, revising and implementing policies, procedures and reports and provide a high level of service to internal and external users. This includes assessing current business practices, creating and documenting SOPs and participating or leading corporate projects related to critical business process re-engineering.

Demonstrates support for overall quality focus. Supports continuous improvement activities. Demonstrates support for overall organizational goals.

Position Key Responsibilities:

Responsible for the maintenance of the WW Item Master File which consists of but not limited to:Item attribute input and maintenance, Item notes, Pricelist maintenance Calculate and input Transfer Pricing

Responsible for the maintenance of the Corp. Customer File which consists of but not limited to:Customer attribute input and maintenance Maintain customer data integrity (researching as needed) Input and maintain customer item cross-references Sales Territory classification table maintenance Commission table maintenance Responsible for the maintenance of Oracle Hold and Alert Tables

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Excellent communication, organization and problem-solving skills.
Strong ability to make decisions based on understanding of organizational goals, procedures and policies.

Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as statistical inference, interpretation of data tables, and other functions as they relate to the function of the job.

Education and Experience:

3-4 years of work experience in a marketing, sales, communications or customer support organization using an ERP platform.

Associates or Bachelors degree in Business or Finance preferred.

Individual must be flexible with regard to work content and schedule, have a strong ability to make decisions based on understanding of dept/organizational goals, procedures and policies.

Strong skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Lotus Notes required. ERP experience, Internet exposure, Objects-based report writing knowledge, and an understanding of Microelectronics products a plus. Experience with an Oracle and Business Objects a strong plus.

Must be able to work independently, follow through on both verbal and written instructions, and have proven project management skills to meet required deadlines.

Required ability to interact comfortably with a wide variety of people on all functional and geographical levels in a professional and confident manner and to maintain the confidence of those who rely on your performance.

Excellent verbal & written communication and organization skills. Ability to assess the relative importance of a number of tasks and lay out a timely course of action. See the details of tasks through to completion. Willingness to undertake a project and take action on one?s own.
