Job Title: Data Management Specialist

Job Requirements:
? Good alpha and number data entry skills
? Ability to analyze data accurately and on a timely basis

? Knowledge of Microsoft Visio, Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
? Knowledge and understanding of Sarbanes-Oxley
? Knowledge and understanding of compliance issues
? Experience in documentation of process and workflows
Job Responsibilities:
? Update wholesaler files and wholesaler grids using Microsoft Visio
? Work closely with Vice President of Wholesaler Development on wholesaler exceptions
? Maintain wholesaler exception file and sales force database
? Work directly with Data Management Manager to ensure we are Sarbanes-Oxley compliant
? Document processes and workflows
