Data Processor

Summary:

Duties involve the checking/processing of data from several sources, selection, posting, compiling and calculating, preparation of progress and other types of reports. Provides back up to Mailing/Fulfillment Manager and mailing functions. Performs clerical duties on a daily basis. Prepares, processes and tracks packages for overnight shipping on computerized shipping system.

Loads data (disks) into computer to import mail lists and postal coding presorts;



Responsible for the manipulation of data, creating databases, and codes from raw data;



Pre-flights data files, address cleansing, pre-sorting and formatting of both ink jet and laser processing files;



Conducts mail merges and laser printing operations (along with ink jet setup and processing);



Create Data Dumps and PDF files for customer approval;



Calculate, create and approve postage.
