We are currently seeking a Data Resource Representative to provide a variety of duties to the Credit Administration Division, Credit Department and Commercial Loan Officers, including some which may be complex and/or confidential in nature.

 

DUTIES:

 

? Performing all aspects of file maintenance and security for all active and inactive credit files for the Commercial Banking Division by:

 

a. Reviewing file information prior to establishing a new credit file for exceptions to critical file documents

b.  Notifying lenders and/or Commercial Loan Specialists for procurement of documents.

c. Maintaining and monitoring a database housing these document exceptions and preparing periodical reports for follow-up.

d.  Maintaining a credit file system for retrieval and tracking purposes of the credit files.

 

 

? Assisting the Commercial Credit Data Specialist with the monitoring and maintenance of the financial statement database for required level of financial information, timeliness receipt of information, and ensuring accuracy and integrity of the system.

 

? Assisting Commercial Loan Officers and credit analysts by researching the Bank?s CIS, loan and deposit accounting systems to provide a listing of accounts related to a specific customer with RTC

 

? Complete credit references on customers when requested by customer trade suppliers.

 

? Process requests from loan officers and credit analysts of credit reports, Dunn & Bradstreet reports, and UCC look ?ups.

 

? Distribute bankruptcy notifications to appropriate departments

 

? Work on other duties and special projects as assigned on an ?as needed? basis.
