Salary Range: $30,143 - $45,214/year. The Administrative Technician performs general administrative duties, which may include data collection and entry, reconciliation, report development and document processing requiring in-depth analysis, independent judgment and a comprehensive knowledge of company and/or department procedures.
Responsibilities Include:
Analyzes and/or compiles reports for use in a function area or department.
Receives, analyzes, compiles and summarize information from other departments/sources, which may include data entry.
Individual tasks may have many or difficult steps. Instructions are generally available for most activities.
The work that needs to be done varies in response to requests, as well as includes a variety of regular activities requiring prioritizing and scheduling of activities.
Demonstrates a commitment to OfficeMax core values of safety, integrity, process improvement, and customer satisfaction.
The above represents general responsibilities for the position. Other duties, responsibilities, and qualifications may be required and/or assigned as necessary.
Associate degree or equivalent work experience
Minimum 1 year of related experience
Ability to understand and apply mathematical calculations and concepts involving fractions, decimals, percentages, etc.
Knowledge or operating department equipment such as typewriter, PC, computer software, calculators, etc.
Uses solid composing, editing and proofreading skills
