Deduction/Dispute Specialist
Spherion is recruiting for Lennox Industries in Richardson, TX. We are seeking a candidate to work as a CFS Deduction/Dispute Specialist. This is a long term contract position.
Job Description:
* Review all internal statement from A/R for North American customers and determine appropriate action.
* Discuss deductions/payments with respective internal Lennox CFS Administrators or Coordinators.
* Contact customers via phone/letter for clarification of payments, deductions, or disputes.
* Analyze deduction 'causes' and formulate recommendations to eliminate deductions in the future.
* Work with customers and appropriate Lennox personnel to eliminate deductions.
* Support improvement in Lennox's invoice accuracy performance.
* Minimize receivable write-offs through timely follow-up
* Resolve unidentified/un applied cash
* Through the appropriate analysis, identify opportunities to simplify the current method of transaction processing
* Update customer's information advising status of credit requests to application of un applied payments.
Must have experience with SAP and Account Reconciliation. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
