Responsibilities:




Provides advanced support by handling a wide variety of administrative functions within the Tricone Manufacturing Plant




Performs office tasks such as filing and/or maintaining confidential records, processing transactions and other similar duties




Codes AP workflow invoices and transactions and update performance scoreboards for all shop floor teams




Follows organizational and departmental procedures to complete tasks




May prepare expense reports, presentations or correspondence




May support in facilitating logistics of functional group




May handle special projects as assigned by the Plant Manager




Wears all personal protection equipment in the manufacturing plant, required




Works under limited supervision




Works core hours--7:30 am to 4:30 pm








Skill Requirements:

Advanced computer skills with a working knowledge of MS Office software packages including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access and Visio
