*** Department Representative*** 2:00PM--10:30PM Tuesday - Saturday.
Job Responsibilities:
Department Representative will receive orders and source materials to be entered into database. Ensure orders are dispersed appropriately to different departments including Planning, Production Control, Packaging and Customer Support. Review customer orders and maintain electronic records. Review purchase orders for accuracy, enter price, due dates & receive & input customer orders. Must have analytical skills and be able to communicate effectively in English. Will be responsible for administrative duties such as typing, flow charts, spreadsheets and inter office memos. Computer knowledge to include Word and Excel (Intermediate -Advanced).
